Lift Disc Check Valve
  • A lift disc check valve is a type of check valve that uses a disc to prevent backflow. The disc is mounted on a stem and is lifted off its seat by the pressure of the fluid flowing in the forward direction. When the flow stops or reverses, the disc falls back onto its seat and prevents backflow.

Lift disc check valves are typically used in applications where there is a need to prevent backflow, such as in pipelines, tanks, and vessels. They are also used in applications where there are high pressure or flow rates. Manufactured as per the following Design, Face to Face and End Connection Standards. ASME, ANSI, AS, BS, API etc.

    • Simple design: Lift disc check valves are relatively simple in design, making them easy to install and maintain.
    • Cost-effective: Lift disc check valves are typically less expensive than other types of check valves.
    • Wide range of applications: Lift disc check valves can be used in a wide range of applications, including those with high pressure and flow rates.
    • Reliable operation: Lift disc check valves are reliable in operation and can provide years of service.
    • Low maintenance: Lift disc check valves require little maintenance, making them a cost-effective choice for many applications.
    • Quick response: Lift disc check valves respond quickly to changes in flow direction, making them a good choice for applications where there is a risk of backflow.

Lift disc check valves are used in a wide variety of applications, including:

    • Oil and gas industry: Lift disc check valves are used in pipelines to prevent backflow of oil or gas.
    • Chemical industry: Lift disc check valves are used in tanks and vessels to prevent backflow of chemicals.
    • Water treatment industry: Lift disc check valves are used in pipelines and tanks to prevent backflow of contaminated water.
    • Power generation industry: Lift disc check valves are used in turbines and generators to prevent backflow of steam or water.
    • Food and beverage industry: Lift disc check valves are used in pipelines and tanks to prevent backflow of food or beverages.
    • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems: Lift disc check valves are used in pneumatic and hydraulic systems to prevent backflow of air or fluid.

I took a gamble on this sweater, amazon clothing seems to sometimes be way different quality than what’s pictured but I was very happy when I received this sweater! Sanjeev Garg | 27 Aug, 2021

his sweater is a bulky, fairly heavy winter sweater that will be awesome for the office or casual wear. The fabric is very silky soft. It’s nice and snuggly! I can’t wait for it to get cool enough to wear it! Sanjeev Garg | 27 Aug, 2021
