Assistant Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager who thrives on coordination, execution, and timelines. This role is critical to ensuring that Metaval’s campaigns are executed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule by aligning internal teams with external agencies. If you enjoy bringing structure to campaigns, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external digital agencies
  • Ensure all digital campaigns go live as per agreed timelines and scope
  • Share accurate briefs, content, assets, and campaign details with partners
  • Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely and error-free execution
  • Review campaign content for accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and digital product launches
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports for stakeholders


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, and website workflows
  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or freelancers
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and social media dashboards

 

Experience

– Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a coordination-focused marketing role
