Quotations shared via the Website or email are valid for a limited time and subject to change. An order is only confirmed once a Purchase Order (PO) is accepted and acknowledged by Metaval. Payment terms and delivery timelines are agreed upon in the formal quotation or contract. All shipments are subject to availability and factory conditions.
Prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and logistics charges will be added to the invoice as per law.
Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates and may change due to production, logistics, or customs delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from Metaval’s facility or as per Incoterms defined in the PO. Claims for shortages or damage must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Metaval offers a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Returns must be authorized in writing and may be subject to a restocking fee.
