Metaval Y Pattern Globe Valves are designed for throttling and shut-off applications where minimal pressure drop and higher flow rates are required. The Y-shaped body design allows for smoother fluid passage and reduced turbulence, making it a preferred choice for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, especially where flow efficiency is critical.
